OFFICE HOURS
All sessions are by appointment only. Office hours in San Francisco at 2142 Sutter Street are on Wednesdays only. Office hours in Berkeley at 2308 Sixth Street are on Monday and Friday. I have both daytime and evening hours, subject to availability.
PAYMENT
My regular hourly fee is set at a level comparable to others in the Bay Area community with similar levels of education, training, and experience. In addition, since not all individuals seeking help can pay at my normal rate, I reserve a limited number of patient hours for people who need a reduced fee. All fees are due at the time of service unless we agree otherwise.
INSURANCE
I do not work directly with insurance companies. Patients who wish to use their health insurance benefits may request a monthly written statement which includes the information required for reimbursement. All matters relating to insurance reimbursement are strictly between the patient and the insurance company.
